Project crowdfunding for builders
FundSprout lets developers and contractors post individual construction and land development projects. Investors browse, compare, and fund directly — no middleman funds, no institutional minimums.
How it works
Add location, 2–20 photos, a PDF proposal, estimated cost, and projected revenue. Every listing is reviewed against our developer guidelines.
Browse by location, project type, or expected return. Local projects are surfaced based on your geography. Investors commit directly to your project.
When money moves, a 0.1% transaction fee goes to FundSprout. Banner ads support platform operations. Developer and investor obligations are governed by the user agreement.
FundSprout is a listing and discovery platform. All funding transactions are between investors and project developers. FundSprout does not broker, guarantee, or advise on individual investments. Users agree to our User Agreement at sign-up, which defines the terms of engagement between parties.
Platform features
2–20 site photos, professional PDF proposal, location coordinates, cost breakdown, and projected revenue — everything an investor needs to evaluate a deal.
Search by city, county, or zip. We surface nearby projects so you can visit sites, meet developers, and invest where you know the market.
Filter by project type, funding range, expected return, and location. Find the projects that match your criteria — no scrolling through irrelevant listings.
0.1% of every transfer moves through the platform. No listing fees, no subscription. The platform earns when projects get funded.
Why FundSprout
Traditional real estate crowdfunding platforms force you into their funds or require $5,000+ minimums. Kickstarter and Indiegogo aren't designed for construction. FundSprout was built for the gap in between.
Whether you're a contractor who needs capital for a development project, or an investor who wants to back local projects you can actually visit — FundSprout was designed for you.
FundSprout is live. First project: FundSprout's own development proposal — listed on the platform, for the platform. Meta, but honest.
